These terms govern your use of the The One Retreats website (https://www.theoneretreats.com) and any bookings made through our platform or via direct communication with our team.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a written confirmation from us. All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in GBP and include all utilities unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For extended stays and corporate bookings, bank transfer and invoicing may be available on request.

4. Cancellations

Standard cancellation policy: full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable unless the property is re-booked. Corporate and long-stay bookings may have different terms agreed in writing.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Treat the property with care and respect
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
  • Adhere to check-in and check-out times
  • No smoking inside any property
  • No parties or events unless agreed in advance
  • Respect neighbours and keep noise to reasonable levels

6. Liability

The One Retreats takes reasonable care to ensure properties are safe and accurately described. We are not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The One Retreats and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
